Stem mixing

How does online mixing and mastering work?
Getting started is simple. When you book through EngineEars, you’ll find step-by-step guidance to help you export and upload your audio files for mixing, all in one place.
What is the difference between 2-track mixing and stem mixing?
Two-track mixing blends your vocals with one stereo instrumental. Stem mixing uses separated instrumental groups, giving Khalil more control over the production, vocals, tone, dynamics, and overall impact.
What genres do you mix and master?
Must Be Khalil works with artists in all genres. Each song is mixed and mastered to fit the artist’s sound and goals.
What files should I send for mixing?
Send consolidated WAV files that all begin at the same point, plus your rough mix, reference tracks, tempo, key when available, and any creative notes. Include both dry and processed vocal versions when the effects are important to your sound.
How much do online mixing and mastering services cost?
2-track mixing is $150 and stem mixing is $200; both deliver an unmastered stereo mix in WAV and MP3. Mastering is $15 when booked with either mixing service, or $75 as a standalone service, and delivers a stereo master in WAV and MP3. Up to two revisions are included. The 3–5 day turnaround starts after payment and all required files are received.
